Yoga asanas (poses): Step-by-step

I will be adding new poses with step-by-step instructions regularly.  Please do come back and have a look.  If there's a pose you'd like to learn, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to get it up on here for you as quickly as possible.  When there's a bit more time, I will be making more videos too.  The pose on the left is called Crescent Moon - like my Facebook Wild Yogi page and get your step-by-step instruction on there.  Don't forget to check back.  In the meantime, try these out:
