Wild Core Flow Yoga is a dynamic flow class with focus on creating a softness of the outer body and engaging the "deep core line" myofascial train. Through the use of our breath and proper alignment, we activate the deeper layers of our body to help us move safely and fluidly.
In each class, we start with centring, breathwork, core warm-up, and gentle stretching before we begin to move more actively in beautiful, intelligent sequences that will challenge our body and mind. We learn to set our foundation, connect to our core, and express ourselves creatively and safely on and off the mat. Each class ends with relaxation, a time to allow the cells in our body to absorb and store all the new information, and for the body to rest and rejuvenate before we rejoin the outside world.
Expect to work hard (only as hard as you want as you're more than welcome to take a break and rest) and to be challenged. Growth only comes when we step out of our comfort zone. This is not a class for total beginners (although I am happy to modify to suit you as long as you're willing to be a little confused!).
