What to wear, eat and bring
Please wear something stretchy and comfy. Tight jeans are definitely not suitable! There are both men and women in our classes so please consider what you wear carefully!!
Please try not to eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before class time. A light meal is fine. I wouldn't want you to do a dynamic class on a totally empty stomach but you would be uncomfortable if you had a big meal too close to class time.
For hygiene reasons, I would recommend bringing your own mat. Don't worry if you can't, clean mats are provided both at the studio and at my house.
I take my own water when I attend classes so I'd recommend it. However, the studio does provide clean tap water and clean glasses.
