There are many really good reasons for having private yoga lessons with me. If you have never done yoga before, you will find that a one-to-one class, with my complete attention on you, is a great way to learn how to get in and out of poses safely. If you suffer from certain physical or medical conditions, or if you are suffering from an injury, I can tailor the class to suit your specific needs.
I am able to teach many styles of yoga from gentle, restorative yoga to the more dynamic style of Sun Power and Core Strength Vinyasa, and also a more reflective Yin style which works more on the deeper tissues. I also offer private classes in ante-natal yoga and yoga for fertility. A private class can also be for 2 people so it's ideal for couples or friends who like to practice yoga together.
Private classes are taught in my beautiful yoga room at home. With my knowledge and deep appreciation of the human body, I can offer modifications and adjustments using the full set of props to make you more comfortable or take you deeper into your poses. Just bring yourself and your open mind!
