1 - Complete beginners or those new to flow yoga. Also suitable for anyone who has not practised yoga for a while.
1.5 - those who might be new to yoga but have had dance training or other movement training and have very good body awareness.
2 - This is for student with some dynamic flow experience and in good health. Also suitable for strong beginners who regular exercise and have some experience in movement work such as dance, pilates, etc. Some knowledge of basic terms and movement from level 1 will be beneficial.
